"The recent take-down of 50 anti-government sites in the UK[1][2] showed that also in first world countries progressives cannot be sure of their government allowing for freedom of expression on the Internet. The fact that so much communication goes through only one website which is run by a commercial company (Facebook.com) makes it incredibly easy for governments to limit communication they are not interested in. We therefore call for the creation of a social networking site that is run by a non-profit group that guarantees freedom of expression for all those participating."

Fant fram til eit interesangt konsept som alternativ til facebook si FB nå er så mykje brukt at alt går via den som gjere det enkelt for folk med makt å stoppa informasjon. Så den kan bli bra til å spre informasjon utan fryt for at den blir sletta.
